Terms of Service
The agreement
By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using ALLDNE in any way, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a household, you confirm you are allowed to do so and that everyone you invite will be held to the same terms.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher, to hold an ALLDNE account.
What ALLDNE does, and what it does not
ALLDNE takes what you hand it (appointments, errands, deadlines, the half-thought you typed at a traffic light) and turns it into an ordered plan, with reminders and, where you have connected a service, with the booking or the message ready for you to send.
ALLDNE is an organising tool. It is not a medical, legal, financial, or childcare service, and its output is not professional advice. It does not replace your own judgement about your family, and you remain responsible for anything that actually has to be done.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
- Keep your credentials to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has reached your account.
- Invite only people you intend to give full sight of your household’s plan. There is no partial view.
You may close your account at any time from your settings. Closing it ends these terms for you, apart from the sections that are meant to survive.
Your content stays yours
Everything you put into ALLDNE remains yours. You give us a licence to store it, process it, and show it back to you and to the household members you have invited, limited to running the service, and lasting only as long as you keep the content with us.
That licence lets us do nothing else. We do not publish your content, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models that serve anyone outside your household. You can export it or delete it whenever you want.
Acceptable use
Use ALLDNE for your own household. Do not:
- Break the law with it, or use it to harass, stalk, or monitor someone who has not agreed to be in your household.
- Upload malware, or try to reach accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.
- Scrape it, resell it, or rebuild a competing service out of it.
- Overload it deliberately, or work around rate limits and security controls.
- Misrepresent who you are, or sign someone up without their knowledge.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of this. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Waitlist and early access
ALLDNE is not generally available yet. Joining the waitlist places you in line; it is not a promise of a place, a date, or a price. We may invite people in any order we think helps us build the product well.
Early access is provided as-is. Features will change, some will be withdrawn, and things will occasionally break. Please do not rely on a pre-release version of ALLDNE for anything you cannot afford to have go wrong.
Plans and payment
If we introduce a paid plan, the price, the billing period, and what is included will be shown before you are asked to pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel from your settings at any time with effect from the end of the period you have paid for.
We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change affects you. Where consumer law gives you a right to a refund or a cooling-off period, nothing here takes it away.
Services you connect
ALLDNE gets more useful when you connect a calendar, an inbox, or a shop. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we do not control whether they stay available or how they behave.
ALLDNE will not book, buy, send, or share anything on your behalf without you approving that particular action. You can disconnect a service at any time, and we stop reading from it when you do.
Our intellectual property
The ALLDNE name, the wordmark, the software, and the design of the service belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ALLDNE while your account is open, and nothing more. Please do not copy the interface or use the name in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep ALLDNE running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will give notice where the work is planned and the disruption is more than brief.
We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the service altogether, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice and a way to export everything you have put into it.
Disclaimers and liability
ALLDNE is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a plan ALLDNE produces will be correct, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ending the agreement
You can leave at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. Except in cases of serious breach, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your content.
The sections on your content, our intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, and governing law survive the end of this agreement.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory law and may bring a claim in your local courts.
Before filing anything, please write to us. Most problems turn out to be a misunderstanding that a person can sort out in a day.
Changes to these terms
We will post any update here and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use ALLDNE after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, close your account and we will part on the old ones.
Talk to a person
Anything about these terms, including a dispute you would rather settle over email, reaches us here.
