Who we are
ALLDNE (“ALLDNE”, “we”, “us”) provides a service that turns the running list in your head into a plan your household can act on. This policy covers our website, our waitlist, and the ALLDNE app once it is available to you.
For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, ALLDNE is the data controller for the information described below. If you are somewhere that uses different wording for the same idea, read that as the company deciding how and why your information is used.
What we collect
We try to collect the least we can while still being useful. In practice it falls into four groups.
- Information you give us. Your email address when you join the waitlist, and later your name, household members, and account settings when you create an account.
- Information you put into ALLDNE. The tasks, appointments, reminders, notes, and dates you or anyone in your household adds: the mess you hand over so we can make a plan out of it.
- Information from services you connect. If you choose to link a calendar, an inbox, or a shared list, we read only what is needed to build and update your plan, and only while the connection is live.
- Information collected automatically. Device type, browser, approximate region, pages visited, and whether a feature worked or failed. We use this to keep the service running and to find what is broken.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not enter, government identification numbers, card numbers outside our payment processor, or clinical health records. ALLDNE is not a medical record system.
Children and household members
Running a household means writing things down about the people in it, children included. You may add a name, a school, an activity, or an appointment so that ALLDNE can plan around it. Those entries are treated as your household’s information and are visible only to the adults you have invited.
ALLDNE accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly create an account for anyone under 16, and we never build a profile of a child or use anything about them for advertising. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.
How we use it
- To run the service: to hold your list, work out what has to happen next, schedule it, and remind you.
- To keep your account secure, and to detect abuse, fraud, and attempts to reach data belonging to someone else.
- To support you when you write to us, which sometimes means looking at the entry that went wrong.
- To improve ALLDNE, using aggregated and de-identified measurements wherever that is enough to answer the question.
- To tell you about the product: launch notices, changes to this policy, and service messages you cannot opt out of because they concern your own account.
Where the law asks us to name a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you for the first three, our legitimate interest in a working and safe product for the fourth, and your consent for marketing email, which you can withdraw whenever you like.
Automated processing
ALLDNE uses automated systems, machine learning models among them, to read what you have written and propose a plan: what the task really is, when it needs to happen, who it belongs to, and what has to come first. This is the core of the product, so expect it to happen to everything you enter.
Those proposals are suggestions. Nothing is booked, bought, sent, or shared on your behalf until you approve that specific action. We do not use your household’s content to train models that serve anyone else, and we do not sell it to anyone for any purpose.
How we protect it
Your data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest in our databases and backups. Access by our own staff is limited to the people who need it to operate the service, requires multi-factor authentication, and is logged.
No service can promise a breach will never happen. If one reaches your information, we will tell you and the relevant regulator inside the time the law allows, and we will say what happened rather than what sounds best.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. Completed tasks stay in your history so ALLDNE can recognise what repeats, until you delete them or close the account.
When you delete your account we remove your content from our live systems within 30 days and from our encrypted backups within 90. A waitlist address is deleted within 12 months if no account follows. After that we keep only what tax, accounting, and legal-claim records require.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, export it in a portable format, or delete it. You can also object to or restrict certain uses, and take back consent you have given.
Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days. We will not charge you for asking and we will not treat you differently for having asked. In the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in California you may send an authorised agent in your place.
Where your data is held
ALLDNE is operated from the United States and your information is stored there. If you use ALLDNE from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and the UK Addendum where it applies, to make that transfer lawful.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page as the product changes. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect, so that you can decide whether to stay. The date at the top always reflects the version you are reading.
Talk to a person
Questions about this policy, or a request about your own data, go to the same place and are answered by a person.
